1 Why is testers.dev $50 when others are cheaper?

Budget services use the bare minimum number of testers (usually 12–15). If even a few of them uninstall your app, Google resets your 14-day clock. We assign 12 verified professional testers, provide actual developer-grade bug reports, and give you direct messaging support with our QA leads. You are paying for a white-glove service that guarantees you pass the first time.

2 How does the money-back guarantee work?

It's simple. If you use our testers for the full 14 days, utilize our provided feedback for the Google Play production questionnaire, and still get rejected by Google specifically for "testing requirements not met," we will refund your $50 in full.

3 When does the 14-day testing period start?

Once you complete your payment and share your closed testing link through our portal, our team will have all 12 testers opted-in and actively testing your app within 2–4 hours. You can track this live in your dashboard.

4 Do I have to test other people's apps?

Absolutely not. You are hiring a professional QA agency. We do the work, you get the production access. You spend zero time testing other people's broken software.

5 What exactly is Google's closed testing requirement?

Personal Google Play developer accounts created after November 13, 2023, must run a closed test with at least 12 testers who stay opted in for 14 continuous days before applying for production access. Miss the tester count or the duration and the clock resets. We handle that entire requirement for you.

6 Can I track testing progress?

Yes. Your private dashboard shows opt-ins climbing in real time, daily active testers, the day count, and your feedback reports — so you always know exactly where your submission stands.

7 How many testers do I get?

You get 25 verified testers — a deliberate buffer above Google's 12-tester minimum. That cushion means even if a few drop off, your count never falls below the threshold and your 14-day clock keeps running.

8 What happens if a tester uninstalls my app?

Nothing breaks. Once a tester has opted in, Google counts them for the full testing window even if they later uninstall. On top of that, our testers are carefully vetted to remain engaged for the entire cycle.

9 What devices do your testers use?

Real, physical Android devices across a range of brands, screen sizes, and OS versions — never emulators or bot farms. That variety surfaces compatibility issues before Google's reviewers do.
