At Testers.dev, we stand behind the quality of our service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued.

1. Our 100% Production Access Guarantee

We offer a 100% Production Access Guarantee. If our 25 testers complete the full 14-day testing cycle on your app and Google Play still does not grant your app production access due to insufficient testing opt-ins, we will issue a full refund of $50 USD.

2. Conditions for a Refund

A refund will be considered when all of the following conditions are met:

  • You correctly added our Google Group or tester list to your closed testing track before or at the start of the testing period.
  • Your app remained available for download throughout the 14-day testing period.
  • Our testers completed the 14-day opt-in cycle.
  • Google Play denied production access specifically citing insufficient testing.
  • You submit your refund request within 30 days of the testing period ending.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You did not add our Google Group or tester emails to your closed testing track correctly.
  • Your app was removed, made unavailable, or taken off the testing track during the 14-day period.
  • You provided an incorrect or non-functional testing URL.
  • Google denied production access for reasons unrelated to testing (e.g. policy violations, content issues, or other review concerns).
  • You change your mind after payment but before or during the testing period (we begin assigning testers immediately after payment).
  • Your app already had sufficient testers prior to our service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@testers.dev with:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Your app’s package name.
  • A brief description of the issue and evidence (e.g. screenshot from Google Play Console).

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal account used for payment. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days depending on PayPal and your bank.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
